AFTER THE CREATION OF ROUTE 66, THIS STATION SERVED LOCALS AND TRAVELERS. ITS STYLE IS RARE, AS MOST HOUSE WITH BAYS TYPE GAS STATIONS WERE DESIGNED TO RESEMBLE RESIDENTIAL ARCHITECTURE.
